RIVIEREN- & HEREWEGBUURT
The Rivierenbuurt and Herewegbuurt are mixed neighborhoods located south of the city center of Groningen. These neighborhoods are now part of the Oud-Zuid district. They are situated on either side of the Hereweg, one of the city’s main access routes. Additionally, the neighborhoods are in close proximity to the central station, making the location easily accessible.
HEREWEGBUURT
The J.A. Feithstraat is a side street off the Hereweg and is located in the upscale Herewegbuurt, which is now part of the Oud-Zuid district. The street is characterized by its stately 1930s homes, known for their high quality and large size.
Homes with a charming look in a street where families, singles and students live well together. The J.A. Feithstraat is within walking distance from the main station and a five minute bike ride from the city center.
RIVIERENBUURT
The Parkweg is located in the popular Rivierenbuurt, one of the best neighborhoods to live in as a student in Groningen. The Rivierenbuurt borders the Herewegbuurt, which is now part of the Oud-Zuid district.
The Parkweg is within walking distance from the main station and a five minute bike ride from the city center.
OUR HOUSES
Our rental rates are friendly and we do the tours in-house. All our houses own the correct permits and our company has a permit to rent. And because we do everything in-house, there are no administration costs, registration costs, brokerage costs, consultancy costs, rental costs, commission costs or contract costs.
J.A. Feithstraat 9B
In J.A. Feithstraat 9b you will find a house with neat common rooms, with and without balcony.
Because this house has no communal kitchen, all rooms have their own kitchen.
In this house there are many old characteristic elements present as panel doors, decorated ceilings and stained glass windows, therefore particularly attractive.
This property also features an rental permit and meets all requirements in the building regulations.
J.A. Feithstraat 11B
